Shipping Policy

We deliver across India. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your DARKEDGE order reaches you.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You'll receive your tracking details by SMS/email once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 3–4 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro pincodes may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

• FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.

All prices on our website are inclusive of applicable GST.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime from the Track Order page using your order number.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, courier delays, regional restrictions or events beyond our control.
